simtte - Simulate Time-to-Event Data Using Weibull and Spline Models

Simulates time-to-event (survival) datasets for clinical trial design and analysis. Supports Weibull and flexible M-spline baseline hazard models via the 'mrgsolve' ordinary differential equation solver backend. Implements inverse transform sampling from cumulative hazard functions to generate event times. See Bender et al.
